Orto 21.
A special Earth Day event bringing a contemporary culinary vision to the table,
focused on vegetables, seasonality and a direct connection with the land.
A cuisine rooted in the land
Breaking Eggs is not just a dinner, but the result of a real dialogue between cooking and agriculture.
The dishes are created from what the garden offers at this precise moment: not a pre-designed menu,
but a path shaped by the natural availability of ingredients, respecting the rhythm of the land.
This approach creates an experience that is always unique, authentic and deeply connected to the territory.
Eggs as the central element
At the heart of the tasting menu are eggs, used not only as an ingredient,
but as a symbol.
